Issue 7 of Accountability Lab’s CivActs campaign is out. In this issue we get a glimpse into the irregular collection of refuse in Mbare and Chitungwiza and how that is affecting residents. Read on to get residents’ input on what should be done.
Refuse Collection in Mbare and Chitungwiza
The communities of Mbare and Chitungwiza are grappling with the problem of irregular refuse collection. To better understand the issue, CivActs conducted surveys in Mbare in March and in Chitungwiza in June. Communities have previously stated that refuse collection is among the main challenges that they faced.
