Mnangagwa’s Heads of Argument – Nelson Chamisa’s Presidential Election Legal Challenge

/In this document, Emerson Mnangagwa’s legal team reiterates his argument in the Presidential Election Legal Challenge that there is no valid application before the court, because Chamisa’s application was served in time.

Mnangagwa also argues that the “notices of opposition” filed by the 5th, 17th, 18th and 20th respondents are actually disguised challenges which were not submitted before the relevant deadline, and should be struck off.

Mnangagwa also argues that the case should dismissed for lack of evidence for the allegations made in Chamisa’s case.
