/In this document, Priscilla Chigumba, on behalf of herself, Utoile Silaigwana, and the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC), Nelson Chamisa reiterates their argument in the Presidential Election Legal Challenge that there is no valid application before the court, because Chamisa’s application was not properly filed, and that they did not receive the evidence Chamisa’s case claims to have been developed upon.
