This week only three urgent committee meetings are scheduled – on account of the imminent opening of the Fourth Session of the present Parliament on Thursday 7th October. Two of the meetings are open to the public. [The closed meeting is of the full Public Accounts Committee to consider the draft report on the explanations offered to the Committee by the State-owned Enterprises and Parastatals that failed to submit their 2019 annual accounts to the Auditor-General by the statutory deadline.] The two open meetings are listed below.

Oral evidence on issues raised in 2019 Auditor General’s Report from the following Local Authorities:
- Chiredzi Town Council;
- Shurugwi Town Council; and
- Chinhoyi Municipality.
