Feedback

I am surprised that the are no plans have been put in place to tackle the problem of litter in the CBD. It seems the city council is not winning the war against vendors because of economic problems. But awareness programs are not very expensive more can be done to raise awareness on littering especially targeting the vendors. More bins should be provided in the CBD. The bins should be constantly be emptied. Big up to the city cleaners ,every morning the sweep the streets but within minutes the streets will be dirty. Please do something about the dirty city. Help us HCC its terribly wrong to leave the city in that condition.
