Oral evidence from Musasa Project on efforts to eliminate all harmful practices such as early child marriages and forced marriage for girls and women.

Oral Evidence from;

  • Ministry of Public Service Labour and Social Welfare on the measures being taken by the Ministry to mitigate food security deficit in the country.
  • Grain Marketing Board (GMB), on how the GMB ensures national food security through sustainable management of grain reserves.
  • Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Development on the promotion and sustenance of the agriculture sector to ensure food security in Zimbabwe as well as to inform the Committee on the current food security situation.

Public Accounts Committee: Sub-committee on Central Government Accounts

Oral evidence from the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works on the Ministry’s 2022 Audited Accounts. This is a continuation of last week’s meeting. . The Auditor-General’s report on the accounts is available on the Veritas website.

Consultations on Child Justice Bill Targeting Children in High Schools and Junior Parliamentarians

All this week two teams of Parliamentarians and support staff will be visiting high schools in various places in all provinces to consult the target children in high schools and junior Parliamentarians on this Bill.
