An assessment of the current State of Water and Sanitation delivery is revealing a sad chapter of deplorable conditions in the country.
Community Water Alliance has witnessed serious and dangerous shortages or scarcity of water, citizens resorting to unsafe water sources, poor health environment mainly caused by collapsing sewer infrastructure and sprouting of water borne diseases like typhoid and dysentery.
We urge government at every level and partners to engage in disaster preparedness as the nation grapples with impeding water and sanitation disaster.
Urgency will save lives of citizens.
